We oversee all aspects of the building process, working closely with relevant professionals and stakeholders to achieve project goals. We are responsible for ensuring the project is completed on budget and within scope and time. Our main responsibilities are overall project planning, distributing resources, time management, risk management, creating benchmarks, managing the budget, managing staff, and managing relationships with key stakeholders throughout the whole project lifecycle. Our professional team is wholly responsible for
• The Interpretation of project/client brief
• Leading a team for design implementation, project management and liaising with consultants for project delivery.
• Coordinating meetings on site and off site and liaising with clients from both private and public sectors.
• Design, technical documentation, quality assurance and project administration.
• Visit project sites, prepare reports and adjudicate contractor’s claims as required.
• Management of project activities - management, execution, procurement, contract staff management, variations, claims, payments, client relations, contractors and subcontractors
• Monitor and ensure progress and quality of work as per project requirements.
• Programming, sequencing and control of project resources.
• Co-ordination of principal disciplines and functions on projects with special focus on performance improvement systems.
• Management construction documentation schedules
• Manage onsite progress, technical meetings, records and dissemination of minutes
• Prepare periodically project reports and oversee presentation to the client on a monthly basis
• Issue Practical, Works and Final completion lists and certifications thereof.
• Management project close out, manual and training in conjunction with all project stakeholders.
